About the Role

This position is responsible for:

• Act as a location point of contact for all customers, staff, and vendors.

• Develop employees by knowledge sharing, training, experiences, and thought processes.

• Responsible for implementing Company approved processes and procedures.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Kinkaider/Bierhaus Maisschaler, creating a welcoming environment for staff, customers, and vendors.

• Motivate and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.

• Educate, train, and discipline staff.

• Order and manage inventory of kegs, cans, bottles, spirits, glassware, merchandise, and more.

• Responsible for oversight of location financial reporting (i.e. drawer reconciliation, deposits, tips, and petty cash).

• Maintain daily cleanliness of the Tap Room, kitchen, bathrooms, draft cooler, bar, and surrounding areas (e.g. patios, walkways, parking lot).

• Enforce all internal, local, state, and federal laws and regulations within the Tap Room/ Kitchen environment (i.e. food handler permits, health codes, etc.).

• Monitor and ensure staff pour and serve beer/cocktails appropriately.

• Conduct and collaborate with others on the scheduling of staff.

• Handle administration of cash register, POS system, and safe.

• Maintain awareness on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (i.e. profitability, budget, cost reductions, revenue growth, waste reduction, etc.) for Tap Room location.

• Complete and submit weekly operational reports in a timely manner.

• Manage the beer/food menu to ensure quality and inventory of products.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant or Tap Room manager or similar role.

• Proven customer service experience as a manager.

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge to inform customers and staff.

• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

• Acute financial management skills.
