Our new recipe uses 4 hop varieties that provide plenty of citrus aroma and flavor. The malt backbone supports a mild bitterness making this a perfect beer for any occasion.
Malt: 2-Row, Maris Otter, C60, C80, Carapils
Hops: Falconer's Flight, Cascade, Citra, Equinox
In 1922, here in Custer County, everybody and their brother owned a vehicle. It was the best way to traverse the vast Sandhills territory. Despite having the lowest population count, we claimed the fourth-largest number of vehicles in the state and we still claim “4-County” on our license plates to this day. Try to take it from us and we will defend it.
A hop forward Pale Ale like our 4 County is a versatile beer with it comes to food pairings, as its malty backbone compliments a lighter dish but the hop forward aroma and taste hold their own against heavier faire.
